We are Re-Opening June 1!

We have finally received the “green light” from our regulatory colleges and the government of Canada to return to practice!  We will be starting to see patients as of Monday June 1, prioritizing the more urgent cases (chiropractic services. Osteopathy and massage will commence July 1st).  We will initially be operating with reduced hours, but will resume normal hours starting July 1st. 
 

Our commitment to a safe environment

We want to ensure that we provide a safe environment for both our staff and patients. This is why we are “gradually” opening the clinic and modifying our policies and procedures.

Below you will find some of the changes that we have made at the clinic: 

• Active / Passive COVID Screening
• Applying Hand sanitizer before and after each appointment
• Use of PPE (medical masks, face shields, gloves)
• Routine Disinfection of chiropractic tables and equipment, desks, chairs, doorknobs, common areas etc
• Social distancing
• Appointment staggering
• Limiting the number of persons in the clinic at any given time

We ask that our patients do their part and do their best to follow our office procedures. 
 

New Office Protocols **IMPORTANT**

• **If you have a mask, out of respect for our staff and other patients, please wear it to your appointment.
• Covid screening questions will be asked when the appointment is booked and again at the start of the appointment. Please answer them truthfully.
• When you arrive at the clinic, please wait in your car. We will call you and advise you when it is safe to enter the clinic.
• Hand sanitizer will be required to be used both before and after your appointment. It will be provided.
• We ask that no more than one person accompanies you to your appointment if absolutely necessary. If a companion is required, please notify us prior to your appointment.
• Please avoid use of the reception chairs and bathroom. Some exceptions apply.
• **Please remove outdoor foot ware upon entering the clinic.

Despite all of the safety procedures put in place, we understand that some of you still may not be ready to attend appointments at the clinic.  For those who have appointments coming up that were rescheduled from April and May, we ask that you contact us to let us know if you would like to keep the appointment or reschedule.

If you end up getting the answering machine, please leave a message and we will respond promptly. Please avoid using our online booking features during this time. Booking online does not guarantee your appointment.
